Macdonald has over 19 years of mining experience. His qualifications include a national diploma in Human Resources Management
Ferdinand Modisakeng
Engineering Manager
Ferdinand has over 20 years of engineering experience. His qualifications include N1, N2, and N3 in Industrial Electronics Mechanotechnology. Furthermore, he has Front Line Supervisor Training, Electro Pneumatics, Fluid Pumps and Lubrication and
filtration training.
Deon Van Niekerk
Technical Services Manager
Deon has over 28 years of mining experience. 11 years in the Survey, Planning and MRM department,
five years in Production and 12 years in Project Management. His qualifications include a Blasting certificate and a
Survey certificate.
